From our crate to your bathroom.

Every kit ships crated by freight, the way large fixtures travel. Here is what to expect.

  1. Order Online or by phone. We confirm your size, drain side and delivery address.
  2. Crated Built and crated for freight. One or two kits usually ship in about 10 business days.
  3. On the truck Freight carriers call ahead to set a delivery window.
  4. Liftgate delivery Lowered to the ground at your home or job site.
  5. Inspect, then install Check the crate before you sign. Then your installer takes it from there.

Good questions to ask first.

Will it fit where my tub is now?

Most of our kits are sized for standard 60 inch tub alcoves. Measure the width and depth of the opening, enter them in the alcove tool, and we will show what fits. If your space is unusual, call us and an installer will help.

How much is shipping?

Kits ship crated by LTL freight. The cost depends on your ZIP code and whether you need liftgate delivery, and it is shown at checkout before you pay. For large or multi-unit orders we quote freight together with the products.

Who installs it?

Any experienced remodeler or plumber can install our kits, and our installers are a phone call away if questions come up. Contractors can open a trade account for pro pricing.

Can a grant or waiver program help pay for it?

VA home improvement grants and many Medicaid waiver programs help with bathroom changes for safety. We can provide itemized quotes and spec sheets for your caseworker or program.

What if the crate arrives damaged?

Inspect the crate before you sign for it, and write any damage on the delivery receipt. Then call us right away so we can make it right with the carrier.
